Capitalized terms have meanings defined under the following conditions. The definitions shall apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Application means the LiveLens mobile iOS application.

• Device means a device capable of running the Application.
• Service refers to the Application and related services.

2. Overview

LiveLens allows users to upload images and generate animated videos using artificial intelligence models. The Service operates without traditional user accounts. Purchases are associated with a user's Apple ID and managed by Apple. Data is associated with a pseudonymous identifier unique to your device.

3. Information We Collect

User Content

When using the Service you may upload images in order to generate animated videos.

• Uploaded images
• Generated videos
• A pseudonymous identifier used to associate content with a device and your "ticket" balance.

This information is stored so users can access their generated media history.

Third-Party Service Providers

To provide our Service, we share specific data with the following partners:

• AI Infrastructure: We transmit your images to fal.ai (utilizing the Kling model) for processing. These images are used for generation only and are not used to train the AI models.
• Subscription Management: We use RevenueCat to track your in-app purchase status and ticket balance.

Usage Data

• Device type – Operating system version
• App version
• Crash diagnostics

Apple Analytics

The App may receive anonymized analytics or crash reports through Apple’s built‑in analytics systems.

4. Payments

The App may offer subscriptions and one‑time purchases that provide usage credits (“tickets”). Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment card information.

5. Use of Information

• Generate animations requested by users
• Store generation history
• Maintain and improve the Service
• Diagnose technical issues
• Prevent abuse of the Service

6. Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Uploaded images and generated videos may be stored so users can access their results and history. Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service.

Data Deletion: In compliance with Apple guidelines, you may delete your history and all associated media directly within the App's settings menu. For requests to purge all data linked to your device ID, please contact us at support@livelens.app.

7. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards designed to protect stored information, though no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Do Not Track (DNT)

California law requires us to disclose how we respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. LiveLens does not track users over time across third-party websites; therefore, we do not respond to DNT signals at this time.

10. Permissions

• Photos or media library access (to upload images)
• Local storage (to save generated videos)

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.
